本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格都有小幅下調(diào)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格403-408元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1850-1870元/KG，金屬鋱價(jià)格5050-5100元/KG。
This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb fell slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 403-408RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1850-1870RMB/KG and Tb metal 5050-5100RMB/KG.
據(jù)海關(guān)總署數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)分析，我國8月份出口稀土永磁體產(chǎn)品2997.7噸, 環(huán)比7月下降6.04%，同比2018年8月上漲8.13%；8月份永磁體產(chǎn)品出口均價(jià)47.10USD/kg,環(huán)比7月上漲1.98%，同比2018年8月下降1.10%。截止8月份，2019年我國共出口稀土永磁體2.29萬噸，累計(jì)同比2018年上漲2.71%
According to statistics from the General Administration of Customs, China exported 2997.7 tons of rare earth permanent magnet products in August, down 6.04% from July and up 8.13% from August 2018. The average export price in August was 47.10USD/kg, rose by 1.98% month-on month, down by 1.10% year-on-year. By August, China exported 22,900 tons rare earth permanent magnets in 2019 in total, increase 2.71% year-on-year.
2. 業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders
臨近國慶下游雖然對后市心存謹(jǐn)慎采購克制，但仍有一定的庫存空白，且已到了采購的期限。此外，包頭、贛州、冕寧等地分離企業(yè)已有序控制生產(chǎn)，保證大慶期間環(huán)保、安全，部分企業(yè)預(yù)計(jì)限產(chǎn)時(shí)間20天左右。

需求暫時(shí)出現(xiàn)起色，經(jīng)歷了節(jié)前下滑的稀土各系產(chǎn)品逐步止跌，且氧化鐠釹成甚至出現(xiàn)小幅度反彈。隨著詢單增加，上游分離廠挺價(jià)信心更足，之前出于降價(jià)恐慌搶跑的散貨持貨商及貿(mào)易商其心態(tài)也開始穩(wěn)定，低位貨源少。
Demand has temporarily improved, and the rare earth products that have experienced the decline before the holiday have gradually stopped falling. And the sales of PrNd oxide have even rebounded slightly. With the increase of inquiries, the upstream separation plant has more confidence in price. The bulk cargo holders and traders who had previously rushed to run, the price cuts have begun to stabilize their minds, and the low supply is very few.
重稀土弱勢再度放緩，騰沖短暫通關(guān)對業(yè)內(nèi)心態(tài)的沖擊逐步緩和，加上各大廠家近期對低位貨源的持續(xù)清掃，恐慌心態(tài)收斂歸于平靜。
The heavy rare earth weakened again, and the impact of Tengchong's short-term customs clearance on the industry's mentality gradually eased. In addition, the major manufacturers continued to clean up the low supply recently, and the panic mentality converges to calm.
根據(jù)不同廠家交流反饋來看，截止9月28日，一周內(nèi)預(yù)計(jì)騰沖通關(guān)的緬甸稀土折合氧化物在2000噸上下，就重稀土實(shí)際增加量而言并不足以對價(jià)位造成目前程度的影響，后續(xù)鏑鋱走勢仍有望進(jìn)一步穩(wěn)定。(瑞道稀土資訊)
According to the feedback from different manufacturers, by September 28, it is estimated that the Rare earth reduced oxide in Tengchong will be around 2,000 tons in one week.
