1. 重要新聞簡報Briefing of Important News
本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價格回暖，與上周相比價格略漲。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格: 鐠釹金屬價格405-410元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1170-1190元/KG，金屬鋱價格3820-3870元/KG（上海有色，3850-3900元/KG）。
This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb recovered and increased slightly compared to last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 405-410RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1170-1190RMB/KG and Tb metal 3,820-3,870RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3850-3900RMB/KG)
據(jù)機構(gòu)研報，11月初，緬甸方面?zhèn)鞒觥爸醒?quot;與“地方"因利益分配不均，導(dǎo)致緬方開始禁止我國企業(yè)運輸稀土礦開采輔料。對此回應(yīng)，我國云南騰沖海關(guān)宣布緬甸所有資源類產(chǎn)品無法進口到中國，目前緬甸礦進口停滯，閉關(guān)持續(xù)時間有待確認。本次閉關(guān)影響30%以上進口供應(yīng)，預(yù)計國內(nèi)稀土礦成本將繼續(xù)抬升。
According to agency report, in early November, it was reported that the central and local governments in Myanmar had not distributed their interests evenly, which led to Myanmar's prohibiting the transportation of rare earth mining auxiliary materials by Chinese enterprises. In response, Tengchong customs of Yunnan announced that all resources products from Myanmar could not be imported into China. Currently, the import of mines from Myanmar has been suspended, and the duration of closure has yet to be confirmed. The closure affects more than 30% of the import supply, domestic rare earth ore costs are expected to rise continuously.
2018年11月12日，反Lynas集團拯救馬來西亞 (SMSL)組織呼吁Pakatan Harapan政府立即關(guān)閉位于關(guān)丹Gebeng的澳大利亞Lynas稀土精煉廠。
On November 12th, 2018, the anti-Lynas group Save Malaysia (SMSL) called on the Pakatan Harapan government to immediately close the Australian Lynas rare earth refinery at Gebeng.
自2011年以來，SMSL就一直在發(fā)起反對該工廠運營的運動。該組織表示，已提起數(shù)起法庭訴訟，以阻止當(dāng)時的納吉布政府向Lynas公司發(fā)放運營牌照。生產(chǎn)留下大量被放射性材料污染的垃圾，這些物質(zhì)包括釷和鈾，以及砷、鎘、鉻和鉛等有害物質(zhì)，以及化學(xué)品。(產(chǎn)業(yè)前沿)
SMSL has been campaigning against the Lynas plant's operation since 2011. It said it had filed several court cases to prevent the government of Mr Najib from granting Lynas the operation license. The production leaves behind large amounts of waste contaminated with radioactive materials, including thorium and uranium, as well as harmful substances such as arsenic, cadmium, chromium and lead, and also chemicals. 18年年底臨近，從六大集團日前礦山及冶煉分離情況的公示看，現(xiàn)階段市場原礦開采已經(jīng)幾近尾聲。原礦氧化物市場流通減少，供應(yīng)有所縮減，從一定程度上減緩供大于求的整體平衡，加之日前關(guān)于緬甸礦進口的消息，使得礦源流通進一步縮緊，市場信心有明顯提振。據(jù)不完全統(tǒng)計，緬甸進口礦成分主要更偏向中重稀土，全年進口數(shù)量折合氧化物接近2萬噸，現(xiàn)階段進口礦受阻使得鏑鋱出現(xiàn)熱潮，加之海關(guān)方面暫時還未明確的官方消息，部分廠家鏑鋱惜售情緒明顯。造成中重稀土包括鏑鋱釓在內(nèi)的價格普遍上調(diào)。

In addition, the recent news about the import of Myanmar's mineral resources has further tightened the circulation of mineral resources, and the market confidence has been significantly boosted. According to incomplete statistics, the composition of Myanmar's minerals is mainly more in favor of medium and heavy rare earth, the annual import amount of oxide equivalents to nearly 20,000 tons, at this stage the import obstacles has resulted a purchasing boom of Dy and Tb, and the customs has not yet received a clear official information, some Dy and Tb manufacturers has reluctance to sell. The price of medium and heavy rare earth, including Dy, Tb and Gd, has been generally raised
受鏑鋱影響，鐠釹價格亦有提振。廢料分離生產(chǎn)的鐠釹氧化物在原礦收緊后占領(lǐng)現(xiàn)階段鐠釹大部分市場。磁材訂單清淡也使得今年的廢料采購出現(xiàn)了較為緊張的局面，氧化物市場整體庫存不多，隨著市場回暖，部分廠家暫不報價。（瑞道稀土資訊）
Affected by Dy and Tb, the price of PrNd also rose. The oxide of PrNd produced by waste separation occupies most of the PrNd market at the present stage after the raw ore is tightened. The light order quantity of magnetic materials also makes the scrap procurement this year appear a relatively tight situation, the overall inventory of oxide market is not much, as the market recovers, some manufacturers temporarily do not quote.
