本周稀土市場(chǎng)鐠釹價(jià)和鏑鐵價(jià)格有小幅回調(diào)，金屬鋱價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格630-640元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1380-1430元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格5170-5220元/KG。
This week the price of PrNd and DyFe has a slight callback, Tb is stable. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 630-640RMB/KG, DyFe 1380-1430 RMB/KG, Tb 5170-5220 RMB/KG.

2.業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析Analysis of Professional Insiders
工信部月份下達(dá)的2017年一批稀土生產(chǎn)總量控制計(jì)劃中，礦產(chǎn)品計(jì)劃為52500噸，與16年相比變化不大；稀土冶煉分離產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)總量為50075噸，比2016年同期增長(zhǎng)11.3%。
Among the first plan of rare earth production controlling from Ministry of Industry and Information in 2017, mine production is 52500 tons, similar with the year of 2016. The total production of Rare earth smelting separation is 50075 tons, 11.3% rising than 2016.
受益于打黑力度的加大以及收儲(chǔ)頻次的增加，2017年以來(lái)國(guó)內(nèi)稀土價(jià)格一路向好，根據(jù)百川資訊9月1日新稀土報(bào)價(jià)，鋱類(lèi)、鐠釹類(lèi)稀土產(chǎn)品全線上漲，其中氧化鐠釹49萬(wàn)元/噸，較年初上漲89.92%，鐠釹金屬68萬(wàn)元/噸，較年初上漲101.78%。稀土庫(kù)存方面，目前官方及貿(mào)易商手上都沒(méi)有確切的數(shù)據(jù)。據(jù)我們大致匡算，目前實(shí)際開(kāi)采量逐漸“回歸"配額量。
Thanks to the Strengthening “hit the black" and the increased storage frequency, the price of domestic rare earth is keeping good since 2017. According to the latest rare earth price from Bai Chuan Information in 1st Sep., Td, PrNd rare earth products rose and across the board, PrNd oxide 490000 RMB/T, rose 89.92% than beginning of this year, PrNd 680000 RMB/T, rose 101.78% than the beginning of this year. In terms of the rare earth stock, there is no data from the traders and government. According to our general calculation, the actual amount of production gradually "return" quota amount.
2017年我國(guó)稀土“打黑"階段性成果顯著。截至2017年5月，“打黑"行動(dòng)共涉及23個(gè)省(區(qū))，檢查各類(lèi)企業(yè)415家，查出61條違法違規(guī)線索，已依法處理23家，另有38家正在處理中。從微觀數(shù)據(jù)來(lái)看，今年1-7月氧化鐠釹產(chǎn)量較2016年同比下降顯著，其中6、7兩月下降幅度均超過(guò)20%。預(yù)計(jì)未來(lái)兩年，我國(guó)的稀土礦供應(yīng)過(guò)剩的局面便可得改善。
The result of “hit the black" is significantly in 2017. By the end of May 2017, the "black" operation involved a total of 23 provinces (districts), check all kinds of enterprises 415, found 61 illegal clues, 23 has been handled , and 38 are being processed. From the microscopic data, this year the production of PrNd decreased significantly than in 2016, decreased by more than 20% in June and July. It is expected that China's rare earth ore supply surplus situation can be improved in the next 2 years.
澳大利亞萊納斯公司是目前國(guó)外的稀土生產(chǎn)商，也是全球二大鐠釹氧化物生產(chǎn)商。2017年一、二季度氧化鐠釹產(chǎn)量分別為1176、1331噸，同比增長(zhǎng)21.61%、19.18%；稀土氧化物總產(chǎn)量分別為3665、3913噸，同比增長(zhǎng)15.58%、23.75%。據(jù)萊納公司預(yù)計(jì)，其今年三季度氧化鐠釹的產(chǎn)量將達(dá)到設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)能的104%，達(dá)到1373噸；稀土氧化物總產(chǎn)量將達(dá)到4332噸。
Australia Lynas Corporation is the only foreign rare earth producers currently and the second largest PrNd oxide manufacturers in the world. In the first and second quarter of 2017, the production of PrNd was 1176, 1331 tons, an increase of 21.61% and 19.18% respectively. The total output of rare earth oxides was 3665, 3913 tons, an increase of 15.58%, 23.75% compared to last year. As Lynas expected, PrNd production will reach 104% of the design capacity in the third quarter of this year,, reaching 1373 tons; rare earth oxide production will reach 4332 tons.
總體而言，近年來(lái)全球稀土供給一直短缺。我國(guó)稀土打黑收儲(chǔ)的常態(tài)化將使得供給端進(jìn)一步緊縮；而隨著雙積分制的確定，新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展確定性增強(qiáng)，伴隨新能源汽車(chē)產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)兩旺，需求端將保持較高增速。綜上，稀土短缺的情況短期內(nèi)不會(huì)改善，繼續(xù)看好稀土價(jià)格。
Overall, global supply of rare earth is being short in recent years. The normalization of hit black and storage to China's rare earth will make the supply side further tightening. And with the double integral system confirmation, development of new energy automotive industry enhances the certainty. With the new energy vehicle production and sales booming, the demand side will maintain a high growth rate. In summary, rare earth shortages will not improve in short term; continue to be optimistic about the price of rare earth.
