本周稀土市場(chǎng)鐠釹價(jià)格持續(xù)上漲，鏑鐵價(jià)格回調(diào)，金屬鋱價(jià)格企穩(wěn)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格634-644元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1400-1450元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格5170-5220元/KG。
This week the price of PrNd on rare-earth market continues to rise. The price of DyFe is in callback, for Tb, it is stable. Price from Asian Metal of this weekend presented: PrNd 634-644 RMB/KG, DyFe 1400-1450 RMB/KG and Tb 5170-5220RMB/KG.
自6月底以來，部分稀土產(chǎn)品價(jià)格短期內(nèi)有較大幅度波動(dòng)和上漲，引起了行業(yè)有關(guān)各方的高度關(guān)注和訴求。為此，稀土行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)秘書處提出兩點(diǎn)建議：一是針對(duì)當(dāng)前稀土原材料市場(chǎng)供需情況，建議暫緩稀土產(chǎn)品收儲(chǔ)；二是釋放部分稀土產(chǎn)品儲(chǔ)備，發(fā)揮稀土收儲(chǔ)的平抑和調(diào)節(jié)市場(chǎng)功能。

稀土市場(chǎng)近日表現(xiàn)非常冷清，成量少，大多數(shù)市場(chǎng)人士都在觀望市場(chǎng)。但關(guān)于稀土行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)去拜訪發(fā)改委和國(guó)儲(chǔ)局這一件事情，業(yè)內(nèi)人士紛紛發(fā)表意見，意見的分歧也比較大。
The performance of rare earth market is very deserted, less volume, most market participants are waiting to see the market. 當(dāng)前氧化鑭和氧化鈰的價(jià)格保持堅(jiān)挺，出貨量相對(duì)來說也比較大，氧化鑭和氧化鈰的價(jià)格穩(wěn)定在1.5萬元/噸左右。

8月23日稀土指數(shù)為454點(diǎn)，較周期內(nèi)高點(diǎn)1000點(diǎn)(2011-12-06)下降了54.60%，較2015年09月13日低點(diǎn)271點(diǎn)上漲了67.53%。(注：周期指2011-12-01至今)。

金屬鐠釹的報(bào)價(jià)存在分歧，大公司的報(bào)價(jià)仍然維持在65-70萬元/噸，并且低于這個(gè)價(jià)格表示不肯接受，小的貿(mào)易商和工廠的報(bào)價(jià)在60-62萬元/噸左右。銷售方均表示，市場(chǎng)非常冷清，與以往價(jià)格上漲時(shí)的熱鬧情形不可同日而語，并且市場(chǎng)的買賣雙方均采取觀望態(tài)度。

關(guān)于稀土行業(yè)協(xié)會(huì)去拜訪發(fā)改委和國(guó)儲(chǔ)局這件事，引起稀土界廣泛關(guān)注。部分業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為，緩收儲(chǔ)并且放儲(chǔ)這對(duì)整個(gè)稀土行業(yè)價(jià)格穩(wěn)定有著非常大的影響，也有利于稀土行業(yè)長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展。保證稀土的供應(yīng)量，對(duì)于稀土的價(jià)格的穩(wěn)定和下游釹鐵錋等行業(yè)的發(fā)展非常有利。而另有業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為，稀土市場(chǎng)是市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)，應(yīng)該讓稀土市場(chǎng)按照正常的市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)規(guī)律正常運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，供少于求，價(jià)格上漲無可厚非，供大于求價(jià)格下滑也是合情合理。國(guó)家干預(yù)只會(huì)讓市場(chǎng)自有調(diào)節(jié)功能喪失，短期內(nèi)看起來是對(duì)行業(yè)發(fā)展有利，長(zhǎng)期來看必然會(huì)帶來各種各樣的問題。

關(guān)于稀土后市的發(fā)展，稀土價(jià)格到底漲到多少才是合理的價(jià)位業(yè)內(nèi)人士心存疑惑，部分人士認(rèn)為受政策信息影響，短期內(nèi)稀土價(jià)格可能會(huì)出現(xiàn)波動(dòng)，但價(jià)格仍會(huì)有上漲空間。
