本周稀土市場(chǎng)價(jià)格鐠釹價(jià)格小幅下跌，鏑鐵鋱價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬318-323元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3550-3650元/KG。

據(jù)悉，稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)招標(biāo)會(huì)議準(zhǔn)備工作已于日前啟動(dòng)，正式會(huì)議預(yù)計(jì)將在近日召開(kāi)。業(yè)內(nèi)人士認(rèn)為，僅靠需求難以支撐稀土價(jià)格，如果此次招標(biāo)成功將為疲軟的市場(chǎng)帶來(lái)利好。

資料顯示，歷史上稀土己進(jìn)行過(guò)二次收儲(chǔ)，而收儲(chǔ)力度逐漸增加。2012年9月，稀土進(jìn)行一次收儲(chǔ)，本次收儲(chǔ)主要有氧化銪50噸、氧化釔1500噸、氧化鏑300噸、氧化鋱6噸。2014年8月稀土再次收儲(chǔ)，收儲(chǔ)總量為1萬(wàn)噸，其中計(jì)劃收儲(chǔ)氧化鐠釹4000噸，氧化鏑1200噸，鋱50噸，銪500噸，釔2500噸，鉺300噸，镥90噸等，另商儲(chǔ)3000噸。

華創(chuàng)證券分析表示，稀土作為戰(zhàn)略資源，隨著六大稀土集團(tuán)2016年6月底整合完畢、稀土打黑的快速推進(jìn)以及新一輪收儲(chǔ)預(yù)期的來(lái)臨，稀土價(jià)格有望回歸其合理的價(jià)值區(qū)間，預(yù)計(jì)將重回上升通道。參照前兩次收儲(chǔ)，預(yù)期2016-2018年稀土價(jià)格年均漲幅20%。

CRE securities analyzed that rare earth as a strategic resource, with the integration completion of the six rare earth group at the end of June 2016 and the rapid development of crackdown on illegal rare earth & the coming of new round reserve, rare earth price is expected to return to its reasonable value range and back to up ascending channel. According to the former two reserves, rare earth price is expected to increase 20% at an annual average from 2016 to 2018.

長(zhǎng)城證券認(rèn)為，短期而言，稀土下游磁材需求處于淡季，終端庫(kù)存仍相對(duì)充裕，稀土產(chǎn)品價(jià)格暫沒(méi)有強(qiáng)有力的支撐，價(jià)格大幅向上突破較困難。中長(zhǎng)期看，稀土收儲(chǔ)會(huì)議頻頻召開(kāi)，國(guó)家在稀土收儲(chǔ)等方面的重視不斷加大將對(duì)低位的稀土價(jià)格形成預(yù)期支撐。同時(shí)，由于原礦價(jià)格有較強(qiáng)的成本支撐，稀土原料端價(jià)格向下空間并不大，一旦國(guó)儲(chǔ)再次成行，稀土價(jià)格反彈上漲機(jī)會(huì)明顯。

In the long term, rare earth reserve meeting frequently held and national more attention to the rare earth reserve will be expected to form support for rare earth low price.
