本周稀土市場價格企穩(wěn)。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格:鐠釹金屬319-324元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the market price of rare earth was stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 319-324 RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

2016年7月，中國稀土的出口量為3945 噸，較去年同期增長7.8%，環(huán)比增長2.5%；出口平均單價為7.7 美元/千克，較去年同期下滑30.9%，環(huán)比增長4.5%。2016年1-7月，中國稀土的出口總量為27159 噸，同比增長54.8%；平均出口價格為7.4 美元/千克，同比下滑38.6%。

From Jan.-July in 2016, China's total exports of rare earth is 27159 tons, an increase of 54.8% compared to the same period of last year; the average export price is 7.4 U.S. dollars / kg, down 38.6% compared to the same period of last year.

記者從消息人士處獲悉，目前稀土國儲招標會議準備工作已經(jīng)啟動，正式會議或?qū)⒂?月初召開。

市場有傳言稱，此次招標數(shù)量可能超過一輪招標的3870噸，且北方稀土和五礦稀土大概率不參加國儲招標。業(yè)內(nèi)指出，今年6月7日的一輪稀土國儲招標會議流標主要原因就是價格過低，因此本輪國儲招標會議關(guān)鍵點仍在于價格博弈。

Market rumors that the biding quantity may exceed 3870 tons in the first round, while North Rare Earth and China Minmetals Cooperation probably are not to participate in the state reserve biding. The industry pointed out that in June 7th this year, the first round of bidding for the main reason is the price is too low, so the key point of the current round of national reserve bidding is still in the price game.

據(jù)悉，一輪招標的9個品種價格分別為：氧化鐠釹26.89萬元/噸，氧化釹26.71萬元/噸，氧化鐠31.93萬元/噸，氧化鏑130.45萬元/噸，氧化鋱291.21萬元/噸，氧化銪40.35萬元/噸，氧化镥432.79萬元/噸，氧化釔2.29萬元/噸，氧化鉺17.57萬元/噸。

目前，受此前國儲招標會議流產(chǎn)的影響，市場信心不足，僅靠需求難以支撐稀土價格。百川資訊報價顯示，26日，氧化鐠釹報價為24.8萬元/噸，氧化鏑報價為121.5萬元/噸，較月初分別小幅下滑1.2%和0.8%，且均低于收儲招標價。

百川資訊在分析中指出，由于稀土價格下跌，多數(shù)稀土分離廠商處于虧損邊緣，后期如果稀土氧化物價格下跌，分離廠減產(chǎn)或停產(chǎn)會增加。
