n 本周稀土市場鏑鐵價格小幅下跌，鐠釹、鋱價格相對穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格:鐠釹金屬330-335元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1290-1320元/KG，鋱金屬價格3200-3300元/KG。

n This week the price of DyFe has a slightly decline while PrNd and Tb are relatively stable. The prices from Asian metal at the weekend present: PrNd is 330-335RMB/KG, DyFe is 1290-1320RMB/KG and Tb is 3200-3300RMB/KG.

2月4日，國土資源部網(wǎng)站發(fā)布《關(guān)于下達(dá)2016年度稀土礦鎢礦開采總量控制指標(biāo)（一批）的通知》。稀土礦（稀土氧化物REO）開采總量控制指標(biāo)為52500噸，其中離子型（以中重稀土為主）稀土礦指標(biāo)8950噸，巖礦型(輕)稀土礦指標(biāo)43550噸。

On February 4, the website of MLR issued About the Total Control Indicators (first batch) Notice of 2016 Annual Rare Earth Tungsten Ore Mining. The total control indicators for the first batch of rare earth ore (REO) mining is 52500 tons, which the ion type (based on heavy rare earth) rare earth ore indicators is 8950 tons and the rock type (light) rare earth ore indicators is 43550 tons.

2016年度稀土礦由9個?。▍^(qū)）開采，其中巖礦型稀土（輕）開采總量為43550噸，占總開采量的83%；內(nèi)蒙古開采指標(biāo)為29750噸，由包頭鋼鐵（集團）有限責(zé)任公司開采；山東省開采指標(biāo)1300噸，由山東微山湖稀土有限公司（中國鋁業(yè)公司）開采；四川省開采指標(biāo)12500噸。離子型稀土（以中重為主）開采指標(biāo)共計8950噸；其中福建省開采指標(biāo)為1000噸；江西省4500噸開采指標(biāo)中有3990噸由贛州稀土礦業(yè)有限公司（贛州稀土集團有限公司）開采；湖南省開采指標(biāo)1000噸，由五礦稀土江華有限公司（中國五礦集團公司）開采；廣東省開采指標(biāo)1100噸；廣西省1250噸開采指標(biāo)中有500噸由中鋁廣西有色崇左稀土開發(fā)有限公司（中國鋁業(yè)公司）開采；云南省開采指標(biāo)為100噸。

The first batch of rare earth ore was mined by nine provinces (regions), of which the exploitation quantity of rock type rare earth ore (light) is 43550 tons, accounted for 83% of the total exploitation; Inner Mongolia mining index is 29750 tons and mined by Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd; Shandong Province mining index is 1300 tons and mined by Shandong Weishan Lake Rare Earth Co., Ltd. (Aluminum Corporation of China); Sichuan Province mining index is 12500 tons. Ion type rare earth (in weight) mining index is 8950 tons in total, of which the mining index of Fujian Province is 1000 tons; Jiangxi Province is 4500 tons and 3990 tons will be mined by Ganzhou Rare Earth Mining Co., Ltd. (Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd.) ; Hunan Province is 1000 tons and mined by Minmetals Rare Earth Jianghua Co., Ltd. (China Minmetals Corporation); Guangdong Province is 1100 tons; Guangxi Province is 1250 tons and 500 tons mined by Chinalco Guangxi Nonferrous Metals Chongzuo Rare Earth Development Co., Ltd. (Aluminum Corporation of China) and Yunnan Province mining index is 100tons.

此次公布的控制指標(biāo)明確涉及中國五礦集團公司、中國鋁業(yè)公司、包頭鋼鐵（集團）有限責(zé)任公司、贛州稀土集團有限公司等稀土大集團，其余兩家未列出的廈門鎢業(yè)股份有限公司和廣東稀土集團公司所在地福建省和廣東省均分配了開采指標(biāo)。稀土礦開采總量控制指標(biāo)圍繞六大集團進(jìn)行分配，對于加速整合國內(nèi)稀土資源、打擊稀土非法開采、規(guī)范市場秩序具有重要作用。

The announcement of the control index clearly involved the China Minmetals Corporation, Aluminum Corporation of China, Baotou Iron and Steel (Group) Co., Ltd., Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. and some other large rare earth groups. The rest two companies Xiamen tungsten Co. Ltd. and Guangdong Rare Earth Group which are not listed were allocated the mining index. The total amount of rare earth mining control indicators are distributed around the six major groups, which plays an important role to accelerate the integration of domestic rare earth resources, crack down on illegal mining of rare earth and standardize the market order.
