本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格保持平穩(wěn)，與上周持平。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格401-406元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1220-1240元/KG，金屬鋱價(jià)格3850-3900元/KG。

This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb kept stable and basically unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 401-406RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1220-1240RMB/KG and Tb metal 3850-3900RMB/KG.

日本媒體報(bào)道稱，日本將啟動(dòng)對(duì)深海礦物資源的開發(fā)。由日本產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合研究所和海洋研究開發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)等組成的團(tuán)隊(duì)，將在政府的支持下于2月調(diào)查南鳥島周邊海域富含稀土金屬的稀土泥含量。報(bào)道稱，2019年也將推進(jìn)海底地質(zhì)調(diào)查，海洋研究開發(fā)機(jī)構(gòu)和產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)綜合研究所等將對(duì)稀土泥的含量進(jìn)行準(zhǔn)確估算。計(jì)劃2022年度在南鳥島近海進(jìn)行試采。在目前的情況下，開發(fā)上述資源能否盈利也是未知數(shù)。

據(jù)海關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)，2018年12月中國(guó)稀土出口量5421.4噸，同比增長(zhǎng)5.1%；出口總額44.6百萬美元，同比增長(zhǎng)15.8%；出口均價(jià)8.2美元/千克，同比增長(zhǎng)10.2%。據(jù)中國(guó)海關(guān)統(tǒng)計(jì)，從2014年到2018年，中國(guó)稀土氧化物(及氧化物等價(jià)物)出口增長(zhǎng)91.7%，從27,769噸增加到53,224噸。同期，國(guó)土資源部每年發(fā)放給中國(guó)稀土生產(chǎn)商的稀土開采配額總量?jī)H增長(zhǎng)14.3%，從2014年的10.5萬噸稀土氧化物(或氧化物等價(jià)物)增加到2018年的12萬噸。我國(guó)稀土出口總體趨勢(shì)表現(xiàn)為出口趨于穩(wěn)定而均價(jià)加速攀升。

In the same period, China's rare earth mining quotas to rare earth producers issued by the Ministry of Land and Resources each year rose only 14.3%, from 105,000 tons of rare earth oxides (or oxide equivalent) in 2014 to 120,000 tons in 2018. The overall trend of China's rare earth export shows that the export tends to be stable while the average price accelerates.
