本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價(jià)格保持平穩(wěn)，與上周持平。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格405-410元/KG（上海有色，406-410元/KG），鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1220-1240元/KG，金屬鋱價(jià)格3850-3900元/KG（上海有色，3880-3920元/KG）。
This week, price of PrNd, DyFe and Tb still kept stable and unchanged from last week. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 405-410RMB/KG(price from SMM: 406-410RMB/KG), DyFe alloy 1220-1240 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3850-3900RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3880-3920RMB/KG).

近日，自然資源部印發(fā)了《自然資源部關(guān)于進(jìn)一步規(guī)范稀土礦鎢礦礦業(yè)權(quán)審批管理的通知》由于稀土礦是國(guó)務(wù)院規(guī)定實(shí)行保護(hù)性開采的特定礦種。為保護(hù)和合理開發(fā)利用優(yōu)勢(shì)礦產(chǎn)資源，深入貫徹落實(shí)黨中央、國(guó)務(wù)院決策部署，現(xiàn)進(jìn)一步規(guī)范和加強(qiáng)稀土礦開采審批管理。
Recently, the Ministry of Natural Resources issued the Ministry of Natural Resources on the further regulation of rare earth ore and tungsten mining rights examination and approval management notice, because rare earth ore is the State Council stipulated the implementation of protective mining specific minerals species. In order to protect and rationally exploit the advantageous mineral resources, thoroughly implement the decisions and arrangements made by the Party Central Committee and the State Council, the examination and approval administration of rare earth mining are further standardized and strengthened .
此次通知更新是在2015年出臺(tái)的《國(guó)土資源部關(guān)于規(guī)范稀土礦鎢礦探礦權(quán)采礦權(quán)審批管理的通知》基礎(chǔ)上重新進(jìn)行了修訂，其中新設(shè)稀土礦勘查開采登記申請(qǐng)繼續(xù)暫停受理。審批管理中，對(duì)待環(huán)保依舊不見絲毫放松，其中此次新通知中提到新設(shè)稀土礦、鎢礦采礦權(quán)，依法進(jìn)行環(huán)境影響評(píng)價(jià)，符合生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)要求。對(duì)存在嚴(yán)重破壞環(huán)境、不履行礦山生態(tài)修復(fù)義務(wù)的采礦權(quán)，不得分配開采總量控制指標(biāo)。
The notice update was revised in 2015 on the basis of the notice of the Ministry of Land and Resources on standardizing the examination and approval of prospecting rights in rare earth ore and tungsten ore, and the application for registration of new rare earth mining exploration and exploitation continued to be suspended. Environmental protection has not been relaxed in the examination and approval process. The new circular mentions that new mining rights for rare earth and tungsten minerals must be assessed for environmental impact in accordance with the law and meet the requirements for ecological and environmental protection. No quota for the total amount of exploitation may be allocated to mining rights that have seriously damaged the environment and fail to perform the obligations of ecological rehabilitation of mines.
生意社稀土分析師預(yù)計(jì)近期國(guó)內(nèi)環(huán)保嚴(yán)查力度不減，加之國(guó)內(nèi)對(duì)于吸入行業(yè)秩序進(jìn)行整頓，對(duì)于稀土行業(yè)產(chǎn)生一定的利好影響，但是近期進(jìn)出口方面受到一定的限制，加之近期稀土行業(yè)交行情冷清，預(yù)計(jì)稀土市場(chǎng)價(jià)格小幅走低。（生意社）
PPI rare-earth analysts expect that the recent domestic environmental monitoring efforts is not reduced, combined with the domestic rectification of the inhalation industry order, which has certain positive effect on the rare earth industry. However, the recent import and export restrictions have been limited, coupled with the recent rare earth industry transaction market is cold, the rare earth market price is expected to be slightly lower.(PPI)
