本周稀土市場行情，鐠釹，鏑鐵和鋱價格繼續(xù)小幅上漲。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格: 鐠釹金屬價格407-412元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1220-1240元/KG，金屬鋱價格3840-3890元/KG（上海有色，3900-3950元/KG）。
This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe and Tb continue to increase slightly. Price from Asian Metal at this weekend presented: PrNd metal 407-412RMB/KG, DyFe alloy 1220-1240 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3840-3890RMB/KG (price from SMM: 3900-3950RMB/KG).

Kuala Lumpur, 6th, Dec (Reuters) - Malaysian government is preparing to take Australian miner Lynas to court if Lynas is confident of filing a lawsuit against his Pahang rare earth smelting business.

Yeo Bee Yin, minister of energy, green technology, science, climate change and the environment, said the government's position was clear: Lynas must keep its promise to remove 450,000 tons of radioactive waste accumulated over the past six years. She added that the Malaysian government had not set new conditions for Lynas's existing license and stressed that removing waste from Malaysia was one of the prerequisites for the company to renew its operations in Malaysia. Malaysian law allows a temporary storage of 20 metric tons waste or 180 days. Lynas applied for an exemption that accumulated hundreds of thousands of waste over a period of 6 years. Therefore, I think that Lynas as a listed company should keep its promise. She said that it is a risk for all Malaysians to keep the garbage here.

Dy and Tb oxide have slowed down after the information fermentation period, but the transaction price remains high, the balance of supply and demand is slightly tilted, and there is still a small space for rare earth prices to rise.
