本周稀土市場再次上演一場下行趨勢的“狂跌”，從周初包鋼公布的計劃32萬噸稀土精礦產(chǎn)量開始，就奠定了這一周的整體基調(diào)，市場信心再次受挫，即使周末北方稀土78.65萬元/噸（與上月相比下調(diào)0.05萬元/噸）金屬鐠釹的掛牌價，也未帶給市場任何信心。
