1.重要新聞簡報Briefing of Important News

本周稀土市場金屬鐠釹價格有小幅上漲，鏑鐵和鋱價格相對穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格:鐠釹金屬330-335元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1245-1265元/KG，鋱金屬價格3900-3950元/KG。

This week the price of rare earth market had a slight increase. The price at weekend from Asia metal presented as: PrNd 330-335 RMB/KG, DyFe 1245-1265 RMB/KG and Tb metal 3900-3950 RMB/KG.

工信部等八部門日前聯(lián)合發(fā)出通知，決定在前期整頓工作基礎上，自2016年12月至2017年4月在全國開展打擊稀土違法違規(guī)行為專項行動。專項行動方案工作內(nèi)容和要求包括：嚴厲打擊稀土非法開采、整治以綜合利用為名變相加工非法礦產(chǎn)品、嚴格規(guī)范稀土產(chǎn)品交易、追查低價出口稀土產(chǎn)品來源。本次打黑直指行業(yè)頑疾，稀土價格有望崛起。

The MIIT and other eight departments jointly issued a notice recently and decided to carry out special action to crack down rare earth illegal behavior on the basis of rectification work from December 2016 to April 2017 throughout the country. Special action program including following contents and requirements: crack down the illegal exploitation of rare earth, punish on machining illegal mineral products disguised as comprehensive utilization, strictly regulate the trading of rare earth products and tracing the source of low-priced exports of rare earth products. This special action directly against the industry ills, rare earth prices are expected to rise.

本周稀土市場鐠釹類報價小幅調(diào)漲，但高價位成不活躍，已有滯漲的跡象。另外南北方鐠釹金屬報價有差距，南方地區(qū)已報至34萬以上，北方33.5萬的均價還可交；當前市場報價混亂，商家要么不報價，報價者虛高情況不在少數(shù)。本周消息面利好消息發(fā)酵至今，推漲動力顯頹。鏑鋱方面因下游大多停止采購改為觀望，價格穩(wěn)定。
