本周稀土市場(chǎng)行情，鐠釹和鏑鐵價(jià)格小幅下調(diào)，金屬釹和鋱的價(jià)格較為穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)周末價(jià)格: 鐠釹金屬價(jià)格1035-1045元/KG；金屬釹價(jià)格1130-1140元/KG；鏑鐵合金價(jià)格2870-2890元/KG；金屬鋱價(jià)格14150-14200元/KG。
This week, prices of PrNd, DyFe declined slightly, prices of Nd metal and Tb were relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal at the end of this weekend presented: PrNd metal 1035-1045 RMB/KG, Nd metal 1,130-1,140 RMB/KG; DyFe alloy 2,870-2,890 RMB/KG and Tb metal 14,150-14,200 RMB/KG.
12月23日，據(jù)國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委發(fā)布公告稱，中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)有限公司在江西贛州正式成立。中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)是由中國(guó)鋁業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司、中國(guó)五礦集團(tuán)有限公司、贛州稀土集團(tuán)有限公司為實(shí)現(xiàn)稀土資源優(yōu)勢(shì)互補(bǔ)、稀土產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展協(xié)同、引入中國(guó)鋼研科技集團(tuán)有限公司，有研科技集團(tuán)有限公司等兩家稀土科技研發(fā)型企業(yè)，按照市場(chǎng)化、法治化原則組建的大型稀土企業(yè)集團(tuán)。
On December 23, according to an announcement issued by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council, China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. was formally established in Ganzhou, Jiangxi. China Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. is a large rare earth enterprise group established in accordance with the principles of marketization and legalization, which incorporated by China Aluminum Corporation, China Minmetals Corporation, and Ganzhou Rare Earth Group Co., Ltd. to achieve complementary advantages in rare earth resources and synergy in the development of the rare earth industry, and to introduce two rare earth technology R&D enterprises including China Iron and Steel Research Institute Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. at the same time.
組建后的中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)屬于國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委直接監(jiān)管的股權(quán)多元化中央企業(yè)，股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)為：國(guó)務(wù)院國(guó)資委持有31.21%；中國(guó)鋁業(yè)集團(tuán)有限公司、中國(guó)五礦股份有限公司和贛州稀土集團(tuán)有限公司分別持有20.33%；中國(guó)鋼研科技集團(tuán)有限公司、有研科技集團(tuán)有限公司分別持有3.90%。
The established China rare earth group is a diversified central enterprise under the direct supervision of the SASAC of the State Council. The ownership structure is: the SASAC of the State Council holds 31.21%; Chinalco, China Minmetals Corporation and Ganzhou rare earth group Co., Ltd. hold 20.33% respectively; China Steel Research Technology Group Co., Ltd. and Youyan Technology Group Co., Ltd. hold 3.90% respectively.

今年以來，內(nèi)地國(guó)企改革步伐加快，先后重組新建了中國(guó)衛(wèi)星網(wǎng)絡(luò)集團(tuán)、中化控股公司、中國(guó)電氣裝備集團(tuán)、中國(guó)物流集團(tuán)等多間國(guó)資巨企，成立中國(guó)稀土集團(tuán)，是連串央企兼并重組行動(dòng)的最新舉動(dòng)。
