本周稀土市場(chǎng)價(jià)格相對(duì)穩(wěn)定。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬317-322元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3550-3650元/KG。

This week the market price of rare earth was relatively stable. Prices from Asian Metal of this weekend present: PrNd 317-322 RMB/KG, DyFe 1240-1270RMB/KG, Tb metal 3550-3650RMB/KG.

2016年8月，中國(guó)稀土的出口量為4170 噸，同比增長(zhǎng)47.5%，環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)5.7%；出口平均單價(jià)為6.6 美元/千克，同比下跌42.0%，環(huán)比下跌14.0%。2016年1～8月，中國(guó)稀土的出口總量為31329 噸，同比增長(zhǎng)53.8%；平均出口價(jià)格為7.3 美元/千克，同比下跌39.0%。

In August, 2016, China's rare earth exports amount is 4170 tons, the year-on-year growth is 47.5% , comparative growth on moving base is 5.7%; The average unit price of export is 6.6USD/ KG, fell 42.0% year-on-year and fell 14.0% on comparative growth on moving base. From Jan. to Aug. in 2016, China's total rare earth exports is 31329 tons, the year-on-year growth is 53.8%. The average export price is 7.3 USD/ KG, down 39.0% year-on-year.

近日有消息稱，9月下旬將開(kāi)始新一輪的稀土儲(chǔ)備招標(biāo)，據(jù)了解，此次招標(biāo)量遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)高于預(yù)期。

The recently news reported that in late September it will start a new round of rare earth reserve bidding and the biding amount is much higher than expected.

業(yè)內(nèi)人士分析認(rèn)為，近期稀土價(jià)格與市場(chǎng)預(yù)期均觸底。如果此次稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)成功招標(biāo)，將提振市場(chǎng)信心，稀土價(jià)格有望回到上漲的軌道。

Professional insiders thought that the recent rare earth prices and market expectations have both reached the bottom. If the rare earth reserve bidding achieve success this time, it will boost confidence in the market and the rare earth prices expected to return to the rising path.

數(shù)據(jù)顯示，稀土市場(chǎng)近期表現(xiàn)穩(wěn)定，主流產(chǎn)品價(jià)格變化不大，部分產(chǎn)品詢盤量有所增加，市場(chǎng)報(bào)價(jià)也有所上漲，但需要注意的是商家多數(shù)還是觀望為主。鐠釹方面，由于還在等北方稀土的調(diào)價(jià)信息，市場(chǎng)價(jià)格波動(dòng)不大，氧化物鐠釹維持在24.6萬(wàn)元/噸到24.8萬(wàn)元/噸，金屬鐠釹報(bào)價(jià)維持在31.6萬(wàn)元到31.8萬(wàn)元/噸。氧化鏑詢盤不多，主流價(jià)格在121萬(wàn)元至123萬(wàn)元/噸，低端價(jià)格量不大，雖然上游出貨量不錯(cuò)，但下游接盤不多，鏑價(jià)格基本保持穩(wěn)定。氧化鋱價(jià)格高低差距大，低價(jià)市場(chǎng)上有273萬(wàn)元/噸，相對(duì)比較少，主要用于生產(chǎn)金屬鋱多方面，下游采購(gòu)也不多。

The data shows that rare earth market performance is stable, the main product prices haven't changed much, partial product inquiries are increased, the market price is also rose, but what still need to pay attention to is that most of the merchants are mainly on the sidelines. The market transaction price fluctuation is small for PrNd as we still waiting for pricing information of northern rare earth group. The price of PrNd oxide is keeping in around 246000 RMB/ton to 248000 RMB/ton, the price of metal PrNd quotation remains around 316000 RMB/ton to 318000 RMB/ton. The enquiries of Dy oxide is not much and the main price is around 1.21 million RMB/ton to 1.23 million RMB/ton, the transaction of low price volume is small, although the upstream shipments is good, the acceptance of offer in downstream is not much and the price of Dy is basically remains stable. The price deviation of Tb oxide is quite big, low price in the market is about 2.73 million RMB/ton, which is relatively less, it is mainly used for the production of metal Tb, while the downstream procurement is not too much.

對(duì)于此次稀土國(guó)儲(chǔ)，有消息人士確認(rèn)以上招標(biāo)價(jià)格分歧，“根據(jù)測(cè)算，按照前期亞洲金屬等6家平臺(tái)或網(wǎng)站過(guò)去6個(gè)月的平均價(jià)作為定價(jià)的概率較大。那么，本次招標(biāo)標(biāo)價(jià)將比今年6月初流標(biāo)價(jià)格還低。"但其同時(shí)強(qiáng)調(diào)，釔、銪、鉺、镥產(chǎn)品撮成概率較大，鋱、鏑和鐠釹還得再商討。他認(rèn)為，今年國(guó)儲(chǔ)將可能遵循“先易后難"的思路進(jìn)行收儲(chǔ)。

Another insider from the six rare earth groups confirmed the controversial on the biding price and according to the evaluation, it is more possible to fix the price based on Asian Metal and othersix platforms or average price of past six months on website. Then the bidding price of this time will be lower than the price of last bids in early June. He also stressed that the successful probability for Yttrium,Europium, Erbium, Lutecium is bigger while Tb, Dy and PrNd is still negotiable. He said that this year the national rare earth purchasing and storage will follow the idea of priority to the easy.
