本周稀土市場鐠釹價格稍有下跌，鏑鐵及金屬鋱價格均有小幅上漲。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價格:鐠釹金屬321-326元/KG，鏑鐵合金價格1240-1270元/KG，鋱金屬價格3530-3630元/KG。

稀土行業(yè)仍將承壓運行

Rare Earth Industry Will Remain under Pressure

從2016年上半年稀土行業(yè)運行情況來看，基本符合中經(jīng)有色金屬產(chǎn)業(yè)景氣月度指數(shù)的總體走勢，呈現(xiàn)“利潤同比下降、出口量大幅增長、價格低位震蕩"等幾個基本特點。

2016年1~5月，我國稀土行業(yè)在面對較大市場壓力的情況下，主營業(yè)務(wù)收入繼續(xù)保持平穩(wěn)增長，但實現(xiàn)利潤同比下降。根據(jù)中國有色金屬工業(yè)協(xié)會統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，2016年前5個月，我國稀土行業(yè)主營業(yè)務(wù)收入為330.4億元，同比增長4.3%，實現(xiàn)利潤15.35億元，同比下降4.7%。

From January to May of 2016, in face of great market pressure, the main business revenue of China's rare earth industry continued to maintain a steady growth while the realized profit fell. According to the statistics of China Nonferrous Metals Industry Association, in the first 5 months of 2016, main business revenue of China's rare earth industry was 33.04 billion RMB, which is an increase of 4.3% and realized profit of 1.535 billion RMB, which is a decrease of 4.7%.

根據(jù)海關(guān)統(tǒng)計數(shù)據(jù)，2016年1~5月，我國稀土冶煉分離產(chǎn)品累計出口1.93萬噸，同比增長81.7%；累計進口0.65萬噸，同比增長41.6%。稀土功能材料出口繼續(xù)平穩(wěn)增長，累計出口稀土永磁體1.04萬噸，同比增長7.8%。

According to customs statistics, from January to May of 2016, the total export of China's rare earth smelting and separation products was 19,300 tons, which is an increase of 81.7%; a total import of 6,500 tons, which is an increase of 41.6%. 對于下半年稀土行業(yè)發(fā)展，短期看，今年上半年，稀土價格出現(xiàn)的階段性上漲主要得益于政策的催化，實際市場需求并無明顯改觀。6月中旬以來，由于下游需求不振，應(yīng)用企業(yè)推遲補貨，導(dǎo)致稀土原材料市場不活躍，稀土產(chǎn)品價格已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)回調(diào)。如后續(xù)政策不及預(yù)期，則部分稀土品種價格還存在進一步回調(diào)空間。

中長期看，一方面，隨著稀土大集團組建工作相繼通過驗收，行業(yè)集中度和自律水平有望進一步提高；另一方面，《國務(wù)院辦公廳關(guān)于營造良好市場環(huán)境促進有色金屬工業(yè)調(diào)結(jié)構(gòu)促轉(zhuǎn)型增效益的指導(dǎo)意見》（國辦發(fā)〔2016〕42號）已經(jīng)下發(fā)，將為稀土行業(yè)營造更為良好的市場發(fā)展環(huán)境。同時，總量控制、打擊違法違規(guī)行為專項行動等供給側(cè)改革手段，也將促使非正規(guī)產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)量進一步縮減，從而利好中長期稀土價格。
