本周稀土市場(chǎng)稀土價(jià)格均有小幅下跌。亞洲金屬網(wǎng)價(jià)格:鐠釹金屬329-334元/KG，鏑鐵合金價(jià)格1210-1240元/KG，鋱金屬價(jià)格3450-3550元/KG。
This week the price of rare earth metal has a slight decline. Prices from Asian Metal at the weekend present: PrNd: 329-334RMB/KG, DyFe: 1210-1240RMB/KG, Tb Metal: 3450-3550RMB/KG.
2016年5月,中國(guó)稀土永磁體的出口量為2303噸,較去年同期增長(zhǎng)10.21%,環(huán)比下滑6.66%;出口平均單價(jià)為48美元/千克,較去年同期下降17.37%,環(huán)比增長(zhǎng)0.84%。2016年1-5月,中國(guó)稀土永磁體的出口總量為10370噸,同比增長(zhǎng)7.81%;平均出口價(jià)格為50.27美元/千克,同比下降15.3%。
In May 2016, China has exported 2,303 tons of rare earth permanent magnets, which is an increase of 10.21% compared to the same period of last year, but a decrease of 6.66% than last month. The average export price is $48/kg, which is a decrease of 17.37% compared to the same period of last year, and an increase of 0.84% than last month. In the first five months of 2016, China exported 10,370 tons of rare earth permanent magnets, which is an increase of 7.81% compared to the same period of last year; the average export price is $50.27/kg, which decreased 15.3% than the same period of last year.

據(jù)悉，中國(guó)南方稀土集團(tuán)整合工作已達(dá)到了大型稀土企業(yè)集團(tuán)組建工作目標(biāo)，日前正式通過(guò)組驗(yàn)收。另外，工信部相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人也表示，稀土大集團(tuán)組建工作在今年６月底前全部完成，實(shí)現(xiàn)以資產(chǎn)為紐帶的實(shí)質(zhì)性重組。中國(guó)鋁業(yè)、北方稀土、廈門(mén)鎢業(yè)、中國(guó)五礦、南方稀土、廣東稀土等6家集團(tuán)已組建完成或在組建中。
The integration of China South RE Group has reached the national work target of forming large rare earth groups, and passed the formal acceptance from the panel. In addition, the relevant person from MIIT also said that forming rare earth large group has been completed by the end of this June, substantial restructuring with assets as a link has been achieved. The forming work of Chinalco, China North RE Group, Xiamen Tungsten, China Minmetals, China South RE Group, Guangdong RE has been completed or is under the process.
對(duì)此，分析人士表示，近期商儲(chǔ)有序推進(jìn)、國(guó)儲(chǔ)啟動(dòng)價(jià)格招標(biāo)，對(duì)稀土價(jià)格形成直接刺激。中國(guó)南方稀土集團(tuán)組建后，國(guó)家對(duì)稀土價(jià)格的掌控力和影響力將逐步顯現(xiàn)。在多重利好因素助推下，稀土價(jià)格有望繼續(xù)上行。
In response, analysts said, recently business store is speeding up, bidding price of national store has started, which bring direct stimulation to the rare earth prices. After China South RE Group has been formed, the state-level control and influence on rare earth prices will gradually appear. Under the boosting of multiple positive factors, rare earth prices are expected to rise continuously.
為有效保護(hù)稀土資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境，工信部經(jīng)商有關(guān)部門(mén)，制定了《稀土行業(yè)規(guī)范條件(2016年本)》和《稀土行業(yè)規(guī)范條件公告管理辦法》，并決定于7月1日起實(shí)施，2012年7月26日公布的《稀土行業(yè)準(zhǔn)入條件》和《管理辦法》同時(shí)廢止。
For the effective protection of rare earth resources and the ecological environment, MIIT together with relevant departments have worked out Rare Earth Industry Standard Condition (2016) and Rare Earth Industry Standard Condition Management Method which have been decided to be carried out from July 1st, Rare Earth Industry Access Condition and Management Method published on 26th, July, 2012 shall be repealed simultaneously.
隨著六大稀土集團(tuán)組建即將收官、《稀土行業(yè)規(guī)范條件（2016年本）》出臺(tái)執(zhí)行、《稀有金屬管理?xiàng)l例》的隨后出臺(tái)，政策紅利的逐步釋放有望推動(dòng)稀土板塊行情持續(xù)深化，稀土供給側(cè)改革有望穩(wěn)步推進(jìn)。
As the six rare earth groups are about to be completed, Rare Earth Industry Standard Condition (2016) is for execution, Rare Metal Management Regulation is to be introduced later, that the dividend policy gradually release is expected to promote the rare earth industry group continuously, rare earth supply side reform is expected to be boosted steadily.
